Nurse-call alerting

Never miss a
call light again.

Nucleus works with the nurse-call system you already have — and sends an instant alert to your team's phones the moment a resident needs help.

Step 1

A resident calls

Someone presses their call light in any room. The call light turns on — exactly like it always has. Nothing changes for your residents or staff.

Step 2

It passes through Nucleus

On its way to your nurse-call panel, the call passes through the small Nucleus device sitting in-line. Nucleus sends the signal straight on to the panel, untouched — and quietly forwards a copy to the cloud. It only ever listens.

Step 3

Your panel lights up

The call continues on to your existing nurse-call panel at the station — the same one you use today — and Room 112 lights up, exactly as it always has. Nucleus changed nothing about it.

Step 4

Everyone sees it

The call no longer shows only at the main station. It appears live on screens throughout the building — at the station, on a tablet, and on phones — so the closest nurse can respond first and residents wait less.

Step 5

A backstop kicks in

If the call still hasn't been answered, the DON or administrator sees it right from their office — and Nucleus texts the right person automatically. Someone with oversight can reach out to a nurse to step in, so no resident is left waiting.

Step 6

Nothing slips by

Every call is saved with its time, room, and how long it took to answer. You get a complete record for peace of mind — and a clearer picture to staff and manage the floor better.

Step 7

See your whole building

One screen. Every room. Everyone in sync. Nucleus turns your single nurse-call panel into a live view the whole team can watch — at the station, on a tablet, or on a phone. More eyes means faster help for residents.

More eyes on every call. A safety net above them.

One device puts your call lights everywhere they need to be — in front of every nurse on the floor, and in front of the people making sure no one waits too long.

01

Seen across the whole floor

Today, a call light only shows at the main station. With Nucleus, every nurse sees it — anywhere in the building, on the station, a hallway tablet, or their phone. The closest one reacts right away, so residents wait less.
